Member Card
- Members must be present during check-in with the Pro Shop.
- Member cards are required at check-in to receive your member rate.
- Your initial member card is issued without a fee.
- Replacement Cards are $15.
Green Fees
- Modern Gold Members save 30% off green fees.
- Modern Gold Senior Members save 35% off green fees.
Power Carts
- Power carts are $25 HST included per rider.
Driving Range
- Modern Members save 50% off driving range fees.
Guests

Guests must be playing with a member to receive the member rate.

Guests may pay by any payment method during check-in with Pro Shop.

Member accounts may be utilized as a payment method for guests.
Online Reservations
- Tee times may be reserved online 22 days in advance starting at 8pm.
- Members must utilize the email address associated with their member profile.
- Tee times may be modified online in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- Tee times may not be modified or cancelled by emailing the Pro Shop.
Rain Cheques
- Members and guests must report to the Pro Shop to be issued a rain cheque.
- Rain cheques are valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
- Rain cheques are percentage based: you receive credit for all unplayed holes.
- Rain cheques must be presented/redeemed during check-in with the Pro Shop.
Cancellations
- Members may modify tee times online up to 24 hours before tee times.
- Members must contact the Pro Shop to modify tee times within 24 hours.
- Cancelling within 24 hours/due to weather forecast is subject to no show policy.
No Shows
- No shows will impact Modern Gold Member privileges and benefits.
- Reactivation of online privileges is required with 3 no shows.
- Online tee time privileges will be suspended for the season at 6 no shows.
- Membership benefits will be suspended for the season with 9 no shows.
Walk On / Same Day

Walk on golfers are encouraged to contact the Pro Shop in advance of arrival to avoid disappointment. We cannot guarantee availability for walk on golfers.

Member Profile
Oakridge Golf Club does not share your information with anyone. It’s that simple.
We require that you maintain current essential contact information and at your discretion will register a payment method (credit card) with your account profile.

Balance
- Your account balance is only reduced when you make purchases at Oakridge Golf Club by the amount you spend. Member discount is automatically applied.
- Member account balances are inactive when the course closes and/or before opening for the season. Account balances do not expire.
- Account balance is indicated on every member transaction receipt. Member transaction receipts are emailed directly to the member.
Recharge
- Active members require an account balance to receive member rates.
- In-season recharges can be conducted in-season anytime (minimums apply).
- Pre-season recharges (during promotion) receive a 5% promotional bonus.
Particulars
- Member accounts may not be utilized for registration fees.
- Discount excludes special green fee rates and promotional rates.
- Member account balances are nonrefundable.
Liability/Waiver

Any member or guest assumes the risk of accidents and damage to person or property during such time that they are playing at Oakridge Golf Club.

Any member or guest waives the rights, claims, damages, actions and suits that you may have, and forever discharge, hold harmless and indemnify Oakridge Golf Club, its managers, partners, members and employees from such damage, injury claims or loss of any kind arising out of your use of the facility or equipment provided by Oakridge Golf Club.
- Any member or guest will take all reasonable precautions to play and/or practice safely and are fully responsible for personal injury and/or property damage.
- Any member or guest is fully responsible for damage and/or injury to parked vehicles, vehicles on adjacent roadways, buildings, carts, people and equipment resulting from their golf shot.
- Any member or guest who willfully, or through negligence, damages golf course property or neighboring property will incur costs of repair and/or replacement.
- All property damage, intentional or accidental, must be reported to the golf shop.
